Applications open 9am Monday 16 December.

February

Applications close 11:59pm Sunday 23 February.

Applicants must apply for a paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) at Service NSW by Sunday 23 February.

Nursing and Midwifery Office sends the recommended applicants to local health districts and specialty health networks by Friday 28 February.

Applicants prepare to bring to interview:​

• a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance number for paid work
• evidence of current immunisation in accordance with NSW Health policy, including evidence of COVID-19
• identification.

March

• Interviews conducted in 2025 between 3 and 23 March.
• All candidates notified of recruitment outcome by Monday 31 March.
