The Allied Health Graduate Workforce Pipeline Report highlights consistent themes and opportunities to improve the NSW Health Allied Health graduate pipeline which includes the need for a positive student pre-employment and graduate employment experience, as well as addressing key 'pressures' and 'influencers' identified in the Allied Health Professional journey. Improving the awareness of NSW Health Allied Health jobs, opportunities and careers, establishing graduate and new entrant programs and clear job offer timing, in addition to collaborating with universities, are all key opportunities that Local Health Districts and Specialty Networks can leverage.
