Almost 3 years into the Whole of Health Program, the Organisational Change and Partnerships Master Class was held on 22nd and 23rd October 2015 at Aerial UTS in Sydney. This Master class showcased case studies from facilities and districts in New South Wales and Victoria, outlining the key success factors from local journeys in improving patient access to care across the whole care continuum.
