Supporting young people in the school setting: This webinar is aimed at WHIN nurses, School-Link coordinators, school counsellors and other wellbeing staff dealing with students and vaping. Presented by a NSW Health medical advisor, clinical nurse consultant and representatives from the NSW Health and NSW Department of Education, the webinar is an opportunity to learn up to date information about vaping and how to support young people who may be addicted to nicotine. The webinar will cover health harms associated with e-cigarette use, recognising nicotine addiction, clinical guidance to support young people to quit e-cigarettes, information on support services and referral pathways.
