The National Model of Consent for Clinical Genomic Testing was developed by NSW Ministry of Health on behalf of the Australian Health Minister's Advisory Council (AHMAC) Project Reference Group on Health Genomics.
Multimodal patient information materials were developed to support the national model. The factsheet and video support a broad understanding for a range of clinical applications of genomic testing.
