  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team.

Prior to interview and on day of interview

Identification

Bring your identification and permanent residency documents, such as passport, Australian birth certificate, citizenship certificate and visa information.

Immunisation

Bring evidence of current immunisation in accordance with NSW Health policy.

Referees

You will get an email about referees before your interview. GradStart uses the Harver online reference system. You will receive an email to invite your referees to complete an online reference. You are responsible for checking that these references are completed.

Ask two people to be a referee for your application. One referee must be a clinical referee. This person must be working in a clinical supervisor role, such as a NUM/MUM, CNE/CME or clinical facilitator. The second referee should be an employer (paid or unpaid work). If you are unable to provide a current or past employer as a referee, discuss this with the GradStart Coordinator who invites you to interview. If you work in a non-health job, it's okay to provide a current manager or recent manager from the business you work for.
