Congratulations on your new arrival.
Every baby born in a NSW hospital gets the Baby Bundle bag. It's full of useful products to help you and your baby get off to a good start when you get home.
You'll get the Baby Bundle before your discharge from hospital. If you didn't give birth in a hospital, you will get it once your baby is registered with NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Each Baby Bundle bag has about $300 worth of products. Items include:
All products meet Australian safety standards. Items may change from time to time. Baby Bundle products are supplied by small to medium Australian-owned businesses.
The bag also has important information to support your child's health and development:
The Baby Bundle bag is given to all families who are NSW residents and their baby was born after 1 January 2019.
Each baby receives their own Baby Bundle. If you have twins, you will get two Baby Bundles etc.
Adoptive or foster parents can get a Baby Bundle if their baby is up to three months old and they live in NSW.
You can request a Baby Bundle if you were a NSW resident at time of your baby's birth but your they were born in another state or overseas. It will be sent to a NSW address free of charge.
Accepting a Baby Bundle is voluntary. It is not means tested.
If you have not received a Baby Bundle but believe you should have, please contact MOH-BabyBundles@health.nsw.gov.au and let us know:
