As per the Legislation (Act and Regulation), Licence for licensees to supply immunoglobulins for human parenteral use by wholesale to an Approved Health Provider or an Authorised person and an Exemption from compliance with the Australian Code of Good Wholesaling Practice on supply that is undertaken under the licence. Wholesale supply under the licence is subject to compliance with the conditions listed in the licence.
