​1. Is ​there a specific format required beyond the separate budget provided in Schedule C?

No.

2. The budget section specifies a 300-400 word limit - does this apply to written com​mentary on the budget, or should the Schedule C budget itself fall within this limit?

No. The word limit applies to the commentary, not the budget.

3. We have checked the guidelines, and they don't appear to have been updated with a description of what is expected for a corporate governance framework, and the c​​linical governance framework items (accreditation etc.) moved next to Clinical Governance. Could you please let us know when you expect the guidelines to be updated?
