1- I have a copy of the grant guidelines that I downloaded on the first day, but it looks different to the one available now?

The format of the grant guideline was changed to meet our branding guidelines. The new version is currently online. There is no material difference in the content.

2 - I can see Schedule A requires applicants to accept 'the terms and conditions of the Contractual Agreement referred in the Grant Invitation for the services specified and will enter into this Agreement in the event of its submission being accepted'. When visiting the AOD FCFS grants webpage, I can't seem to locate a copy of the draft contractual agreement on my end. Wondering if you could please kindly provide a copy, or a link to where this might be located?

The standard contract and terms and conditions have now been uploaded to our website.

3 - When I try to open schedule B on your webpage it asks me for credentials?

This is known issue with office files. Digital have now added some guidance on how to work around this under the ‘Apply for the grants’ subheading on AOD Family, Carer and Friends Support Grants. The workaround is: right click on the file and select Save Link As to download.

4 - Should monetary values be included for budget items in rows 14 to 44 on tab Budget Template, Schedule C?

If money is being allocated to a budget item in rows 14 to 44, then a figure should be included in column G to J. If no funding is being allocated towards a budget item, then the corresponding cells in column G to J should be blank.

5 - Should a breakdown of administration costs be included in rows 47 to 59 on tab Budget Template, Schedule C, or is an overall figure in row 46 sufficient?

Either is acceptable. Providing a breakdown of specific costs is helpful for the Panel’s decision-making.
