COVID-19 - Communication and engagement

The COVID-19 research and resource collection has been collated as part of a debrief on the NSW public health response to:

  • support learning from the COVID-19 pandemic, and
  • inform future public health crisis responses.

Resources in this section focus on communication and engagement efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Effective communication and engagement strategies:

  • build trust and confidence in the government pandemic response, and
  • support the community to understand and action necessary behavioural changes which help to control the spread of disease.
