​​​​​​Rural Nursing Pathways in Practice (RNPiP) is a collection of career supports and opportunities developed specifically for rural and regional nurses. Whether you're new to rural nursing or have worked in a rural setting before, you'll find opportunities to refresh, learn and grow.

RNPiP e-learning modules for all rural and regional nurses

Short, sharp and accessible, RNPiP e-learning is tailored to the unique context of rural nursing. There are six modules suitable for nurses of all levels to review and reinforce the core clinical assessment skills. Each module takes around 25 minutes and contributes to Continuing Professional Development hours. Topics include:

  • A-G adult systematic assessment
  • A-G paediatric systematic assessment
  • respiratory assessment
  • abdominal assessment
  • neurological assessment
  • cardiac assessment.

To access RNPiP e-learning modules:

  1. Visit My Health Learning and login.
  2. Using the search catalogue box, search ‘RNPiP’ or course code: ‘428776918’
  3. Start your RNPiP e-learning journey with the Adult A-G Systematic Assessment then undertake remaining modules in any order.
