The NSW Government is reminding local community members who wish to participate in the David Berry Hospital. Have Your Say survey, to do so before the survey closes on Monday, 21 October.

So far, more than 950 people have completed the Have Your Say survey – phase one of community consultation on the future of the David Berry Hospital site.

When health services relocate to the redeveloped Shoalhaven Hospital in 2026, the David Berry site will take on a new role with the help of the local community.

Guided by a Communication and Engagement Framework, people can have their say by answering questions, sharing their views, experiences and stories, and registering interest for further updates and/or to be involved in future consultation stages.

The feedback gathered during the survey will enable the development of more focused discussions, working groups and other consultation.

The survey is available on the Have Your Say website. NSW Health has been promoting the Have Your Say survey via the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District website and other social media platforms.

Paper surveys are also available for collection and drop off at the David Berry Hospital.
