There are currently 66 COVID-19 cases being treated by NSW Health, and none are in intensive care.

In NSW, 2,724 people have recovered from COVID-19.

The virus is likely to be still circulating in the community. People with mild symptoms or those who show no obvious symptoms can unknowingly pass it to others.

It remains essential that everyone maintains social distancing of 1.5m and regularly washes their hands to minimise the risk of virus transmission.

NSW Health is again urging anyone feeling unwell – even with the mildest of symptoms such as a runny nose or scratchy throat – to isolate from others and get tested.

It is vital that people continue to come forward for testing over the long weekend. COVID-19 testing clinics are open throughout NSW today, though there is reduced availability at some sites. See the locations and opening hours of COVID-19 clinics.
