This publication is part of the NSW Parenting Partnerships: a framework for mental health service involvement in promotion, prevention and early intervention through parenting initiatives. This framework consists of two companion documents. The first part of the framework identifies the nature and scope of social, political, socioeconomic and demographic influences on parenting young children and the impact of such factors on the mental health and wellbeing of young children and their parents.
This second part of the framework, Strategies for 2002-2004, identifies strategic directions and activities for mental health service involvement in parenting initiatives.
