At NSW Health, we truly value the great work you do as part of the largest healthcare system in the country. We know that offering high-quality, caring service to patients every day can be tough and take a lot of hard work.
To support you, we have teamed up with Converge International to offer the Delivering Under Pressure (DUP) program. This program offers specialised coaching for medical students, JMOs, and other doctors in training.
We also have the JMO Support Line, which connects you with a senior clinician who is trained to offer support.
Delivering Under Pressure and JMO Support Line services are not able to provide crisis care.

Yes, the service is entirely confidential. It is designed to provide support and advice from a senior clinician who understands your situation, with enough distance from your current workplace to ensure you feel safe to share and seek advice.
