Workforce Planning and Talent Development plans, develops, facilitates and evaluates health workforce strategies across the NSW health system, to improve health outcomes for the people of NSW.
In collaboration with national and state agencies and other stakeholders, the branch aims to establish a clear picture of the health workforce now and into the future to improve workforce supply and distribution.
