Overview

In 2022, 96.2% of babies born in NSW were discharged from the hospital where they were born, 0.7% were stillborn, 0.2% of neonates died and 2.3% were transferred. More information on perinatal deaths can be found in Maternal and perinatal deaths​​​.​
