Key tools for project success

In order to improve access to care and patient flow within safety and quality standards, it is vital to take a whole of health approach to changing the structures, processes, behaviours and communications.

Each of the areas in the chart below need to be addressed to achieve project success. Action in these areas can and should be undertaken concurrently, based on local needs. It is a combination of all of these elements that will lead to a successful whole of health approach.
