Privacy Manual for Health Information

The fourth edition of the NSW Health Privacy Manual for Health Information provides operational guidance for complying with the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW), outlining procedures for managing personal health information across NSW Health activities. The fourth edition incorporates changes in the handling of personal and health information, most notably from the following legislation:
