The Workforce Policy and Development unit and HETI developed How to get your message across: Effective implementation of policy. The guideline aims to support policy authors in the effective planning and implementation of new or revised policy documents and communicating the policy intent. The document will take you through a quick 7-step process to consider alternative delivery methods for implementing new policy and policy changes.
