The focus of this forum on 6th April 2016 at the Aerial Function Centre, UTS was on the management of complex acute severe behaviourally disturbed (ASBD) patients. It was hosted by the Whole of Health Program (WOHP) and the Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Office of the NSW Ministry of Health.
The workshop focussed on supporting staff to manage patients presenting to emergency departments and other sites, in the context of local issues, available resources and processes. Rural and regional areas will have their own events but rural representatives are also welcome.
