History

The NSW Public Health Bulletin  was established in May 1990 as part of the newly-developed public health infrastructure in New South Wales (NSW). It was produced by the Population and Public Health Division of the NSW Ministry of Health from 1990 until mid-2014 as an information vehicle for the public health community in NSW. Its purpose was to enable the timely communication of information on major public health issues and thus to contribute to the development of a well-trained and informed public health workforce.
