Log in to the SafeScript NSW portal

Once registered, prescribers and pharmacists can access their patient's monitored medicine history by logging into the SafeScript NSW web portal: https://hp.safescript.health.nsw.gov.au.

This can be for:

prescribers and pharmacists not using integrated clinical software
NSW Health hospital staff
other health practitioners wanting to access their patient history prior to prescribing or dispensing.
