In 2021, a few hundred staff, consumers and carers were involved in working groups based on the enablers of human experience in the Elevating the Human Experience (ETHE) Guide to Action. In the groups, a high-level guide for consumer, carer and community engagement was a priority. This Guide is the result.
All of Us is for:

In order to: Support engagement activities across NSW Health to have a positive impact and not harm consumers, carers or communities.[4]
We'll do this by: Sharing the Six ways of working and tools across the system and with staff. And with consumers, carers and communities.

All of Us was developed through extensive collaboration, consultation and the review of 35+ existing guides and frameworks. We give special thanks to the Design Crew and Advisory Group of consumers, carers, community and staff who helped us make All of Us.
