The following snack foods are high in sugar and not healthy options:
- 2 sweet biscuits: 3 teaspoons sugar*
- muesli bar: 4 teaspoons sugar*
- small bottle of soft drink (390 ml): 10 teaspoons sugar*
- large chocolate frog: 5 teaspoons sugar*
- 3 fingers of lamington cake: 6 teaspoons sugar*
- 6 snake lollies: 7 teaspoons sugar*



The following snack foods have no added sugar and are healthy options:
- vegetable sticks
- plain popcorn
- salad on cracker
- strawberries
- tap water only
- cheese cubes
