We offer meaningful and ongoing professional development. You may be eligible for scholarships, relocation support and clinical placement support.

Our unique Metro Rural Exchange allows you to spend six months in regional and six months in metro areas, with support towards relocation expenses. We offer rural-rural exchanges to allow you to rotate between two diverse working environments in your new graduate year - enabling you to broaden your skills.

NSW Health provide unique support to our graduate midwives by connecting you with our Mentoring in Midwifery program. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
