Ms Loretta Di Mento 

Ms Di Mento is Deputy Board Chair of Museums of History NSW and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees for Health Infrastructure and the Australian Law Reform Commission. She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committees for TAFE NSW, the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network and the National Australia Day Council, and holds board roles with several not-for-profit organisations.
Formerly an audit partner with Ernst & Young in Sydney, Ms Di Mento brings more than 25 years’ experience providing a range of professional services to listed, private and fast growth companies.  
Ms Di Mento has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a graduate member of the Institute of Company Directors.
