Lesley Innes: I’d like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land that we’re meeting on today – the Gadigal people of the great Eora nation and pay my respects to elders past, present and emerging.

Our Tiger Teams provide the support, ensured staff welfare and deliver just-in-time education focusing on infection control, COVID-19 and personal protective equipment.

​ We developed a well-trained, agile and solution-focused team to provide teaching, learning, mentoring and support, and more importantly, fun to our staff so they could support our patients and community during COVID-19.

The Tiger Team focused on ensuring that all staff had the skills, knowledge and information required to undertake their enhanced roles.​ ​
