Diane Woods: I’d like to acknowledge the Dharawal people, and pay my
respects to their elders, past and present.
So the project that
we’ve aimed at today is really one around co-design. So it actually works quite
closely with a whole range of services: statewide, local services,
multicultural services.
The aim of that is to
build their ownership and empowerment around drug and alcohol in culturally
sensitive ways.
They’re actually asking
us to come in rather than us approaching them.
