Useful and meaningful information about the health of people living in the community is central to providing health services and other public health interventions that meet community needs.
This paper introduces the NSW Ministry of Health's Program for Enhanced Population Health Infostructure (PEPHI) which comprises a series of projects to improve access to, and analysis and reporting of, population health information in NSW.
