Environmental health legislation

There are several environmental health regulatory matters which are administrated by the NSW Ministry of Health.
 
Some matters are administered under the Public Health Act 2010 and Public Health Regulation 2022. Some matters arise from legislation administered by other government agencies but regulatory functions are imposed on the Ministry to administer.
