NSW public sector values

The NSW Government enacted an Ethical Framework for the government sector in 2011.

The Public Interest Disclosures policy outlines the process to ensure the reports of wrongdoing relating to corruption, serious and substantial waste, maladministration and misuse of government information are treated appropriately and that employees who report wrongdoing will be protected from reprisal.
