​3.1 - Is the funding GST inclusive?

Schedule D Proposed Grant Budget, Tab C ‘Budget Notes’ states:

(Note 6) Expenditure - Direct costs related to the activity/ service: Included costs are to be GST exclusive.

3.2 - The draft grant agreement is not definitive on the requirement for audited financial acquittal statements for these grants. Given budget will be required to pay for auditors it is possible to get clarification on whether this grant will require audited financial statements?

Appendix A NSW Health long-form Grant Agreement, Item 7 Reports, 2. Financial information, (c) Audited Statements (available on Ice Inquiry health response ) states that Audited [financial] Statements are usually required for organisations with grant funding of more than $500,000 per annum. Applicants should consider the cost of providing Audited Statements if applying for grants totalling more than $500,000 per annum.

3.3 - Where are the AOD local health district contact details so we can seek in-principle support for our grant application?
