The NSW Aboriginal Health Plan 2024‑2034 identifies five key areas for strategic focus and tactical action that build on existing work to address current challenges and progress towards achieving the plan’s vision.
The NSW Ministry of Health and the Aboriginal Health and Medical Research Council of NSW (AH&MRC) acknowledge the valuable support of participants from the consultation interviews, workshops and surveys, and contributors who provided written submissions that have informed and shaped the NSW Aboriginal Health Plan 2024-2034.
