Public Health Orders and restrictions

The Public Health (COVID-19 Care Services) Order (No 3) 2022 ended at 11.59pm on 30 November 2022. All requirements, provisions and exemptions under this Public Health Order have been repealed.

This means there are no active Public Health Orders in NSW. Public Health Orders, under section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010, were made by the Minister for Health and Medical Research to manage the public health risk of COVID-19 and its possible consequences.
