Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 Your Training and Wellbeing Matters Survey, which includes surveys of JMOs, Supervisors and JMO Management, has been postponed.​

JMO Survey

The second Your Training and Wellbeing Matters Junior Medical Officers (JMO) Survey was undertaken from 22 October to 12 November 2018. The survey is an initiative of the NSW Health JMO Wellbeing and Support Plan.

The Survey provided JMOs an opportunity to give confidential feedback on their experiences in the workplace and training strengths, concerns and challenges.

A total of 2097 JMOs responded, this is 24% of all JMOs working in NSW Health. This is an increase from 22% in 2017. 
 

Supervisor Survey

The first NSW Health Your Training and Wellbeing Matters Supervisor Survey was undertaken from the 22 October to 12 November 2018.

The Survey provided an opportunity for JMO supervisors to provide confidential feedback on their experiences working in NSW Health and supervising JMOs.

A total of 601 Supervisors responded to the survey.

 

JMO Management and JMO Support Staff 

The first NSW Health Your Training and Wellbeing Matters JMO Management and JMO Support Staff Survey was undertaken from the 22 October to 12 November 2018.

The Survey provided an opportunity for JMO management and support staff to provide confidential feedback on their experiences working in NSW Health.

A total of 202 JMO management and support staff responded to the survey.
