The Health of the People of NSW: Report of the Chief Health Officer series has been produced regularly since 1996 and is a flagship publication of the NSW Ministry of Health. The 2008 report provides summary tables of trends in key population health indicators, a comparison of differences in key indicators among the NSW health areas, and a detailed analysis of two special topics: inequalities in mortality and childhood overweight and obesity.
